Welcome to Rylee's blog, and this site was born thanks to my unbridled passion for cooking. Over time I learned to cook by myself, starting from home recipes and gradually moving away, thus experimenting with the first risotto with lemon or the first couscous. I then had my first encounters with foreign cuisines that I fell in love with: from Moroccan to Chinese, from Greek to Thai, from Mexican to English. Of all of them, the one that sends my taste buds into raptures is undoubtedly Middle Eastern cuisine, one of the most colorful and balanced in terms of flavors.
